4- heating system bitumen melting machine

The melting tank features a diesel oil-fired self-heating furnace body assembly, complete with an Italian 105P diesel burner. The combustion chamber sits directly beneath the feeding port, ensuring efficient heat generation. Additionally, the design incorporates a thermal oil jacket layer that wraps around both the combustion chamber and the main flue. This setup allows the package to supply high-temperature heat transfer oil to the outside, enhancing the overall heating efficiency.

Moreover, by placing the combustion chamber strategically under the feeding port, the system maximizes heat utilization, ensuring optimal melting performance. Overall, this combination of components provides a reliable and efficient solution for maintaining the desired temperatures in the melting tank.

5-thermal oil system

The equipment includes a 50-50-150 heat transfer oil circulation pump with an impressive flow rate of 24m³/h. Additionally, it features two sets of internal heat conduction oil heating coils. The pipeline divides into three loops, allowing for flexibility in operation. Specifically, one loop at the feeding port can circulate independently, while another loop at the rear of the equipment also operates independently. Moreover, the two coils in series can work together to circulate as a whole. The pipe diameter measures DN50, ensuring efficient flow throughout the system.

Furthermore, the upper part of the feeding port incorporates two layers of triangular tubes, maintaining a 200mm gap between them and positioned at an inclined angle. The coil pipe dives 300mm from the proximal end of the feeding side and extends 400mm from the far end, optimizing the heating process.

At the front of the equipment, you will find a group of coils with a total of five layers. The upper and lower layers of coils stagger at the joints to enhance structural integrity. Additionally, a set of coils is located at the rear of the equipment, featuring three layers that do not require staggering. To ensure stability, the cross bracing material for the upper coil consists of a 60 × 120mm square tube, providing robust support and durability for the entire heating system.

6-bitumen system

The equipment includes two asphalt pumps, each featuring an inlet and outlet diameter of DN100. To enhance functionality, one asphalt pump, an internal circulation pump, sits at the top of the equipment. At the end of the internal pipe of this top circulation pump, seven DN32 holes branch out from the DN100 pipeline, creating efficient flow distribution and ensuring a smooth process.

Additionally, the second asphalt pump directly connects to the storage tank, enabling flexible control through a three-way valve located within the pipeline. This design allows for the easy transfer of asphalt from the melting equipment into the storage tank. Moreover, you can effortlessly pump asphalt back from the storage tank into the melting unit when necessary. Furthermore, this system facilitates seamless asphalt distribution, offering the ability to pump asphalt externally from either the storage tank or the melting equipment, depending on operational needs.

By incorporating these pumps, the equipment guarantees smooth and efficient asphalt handling. It boosts flexibility and enhances control throughout the entire process. The integration of both pumps, along with the precisely engineered pipeline design, ensures optimal functionality at every stage of asphalt processing.
