General description of Extract RPO

Extract RPO is fully rich aromatic extract by-product from solvent extracting process to modify physical properties of the vulcanization and to reduce the cost of the finished product. This product has good elastomeric compatibility and low volatility. Furfural extract s are used during mixing of rubber compounds. Furfural extract  is an oil composition which has a kinematic viscosity at 100 °C of from 32 to 50 CST and which contains less than 3%. Polynuclear aromatic compounds is employed as a process oil for rubber compounds, especially aromatic rubbers.

Uses of furfural extract

Rubber process oil is used in industry ink formulations, isolation manufacturers , automobile tire making factory , rubber manufacturing , shoes , flooring , cable and any other industrial interface .

Packing of furfural extract RPO

Extract RPO is packed in new or used 180 kg drums , iso tank , flexi tanks and bulk shipments. Each 20 foot container takes 80 drum extract rubber process oil.

Guaranty/warranty of extract rubber process oil

ATDM guaranty the quality of extract rubber process oil with arrangement of international inspector to check quality and quantity of extract rubber process oil during the loading to vessel and controlling the production by qc by batch test report before shipping. ATDM guaranty the quality to meet with ASTM .
