What is Carbon Black?
Turkey carbon black
Carbon black (subtypes are acetylene black, channel black, furnace black, lamp black ,thermal black ), is the name of a common black pigment ,traditionally produced from charring organic materials such as wood or bone, and also it is produced primarily by pyrolysis of natural gas, petroleum parts and it the form of colloidal particles that are produced ,it’s physical appearance is that of a black.Finely divided pellet or powder.
We are exporting made Turkey carbon black to global market which is virtually pure elemental carbon.
Carbon black markets are insoluble in water and organic solvents, but various types differ in other chemicals and physical properties.
Our Turkish carbon black purity over 90% worldwide, 100% quality control and immediate ordering.
We are supplier of premium grades carbon N220, N234, N326, N330, N339, N375,N550,N660 and N772 also N880 and exporting to global market specially Morocco and Tunisian.
What is made from?
rCB0302=good dispersion and dyeing performance with it’s high grain structure and large.
rCB0203=pressed with 35% paraffin oil to prevent operational pollution caused by dusting.
For Rubber Reinforced uses Carbon N550,N660,N330,N220
For Pigments uses black N220,N330
Used of carbon
-Turkey Carbon black mainly used strengthen rubber in tires and;
– UV stabilizer and conductive, insulating agent in a variety of rubber,
-Coating for electric wires,
-Plastic and coating application,
-Used for paints and costings,
-From vegetable origin is used as a food coloring
-Used in negative active mass electrodes of automotive and industrial batteries
-printing ink
Packing of Turkey carbon black
Small jumbo bag
Big jumbo bag
Bulk trucks
Powder carbon black has a low pour density. which leads to higher transportation costs so it usually packed in bag.
Storage Turkey carbon black
Carbon black should be in Clean and dry space away from exposure to high temperatures.
And also open flames and strongly aromatic chemicals is necessary to storage carbon black.

Price of Turkey carbon black
Since carbon black’s price is primarily dependent on certain raw materials ,auxiliary materials and utilities the crude oil or haz price fluctuation has a major impact on the pricing of carbon black.
Price vary for Turkey carbon black, depending on the grade of the product. As the demand for vehicles increases, it is expected that the automotive market will rise notable this factor is predicted to fuel the dam and for carbon black.
